- subdivisions ranging from simple boundary adjustments to large scale developments
- banking and finance for mum and dad lenders through to second-tier commercial lenders
- complex will drafting and enduring powers of attorney
- navigating client’s executors through estate administration and testamentary trusts
- establishment and administration of trusts including change of trusteeships, distributions, and winding up of trusts.
